Princess Gigi’s ‘Secret’ Gets Filthy With the Guest List

I think it’s cute when an artist tries to hide the slutty little meaning behind her songs in the press material. Sure, Princess Gigi says this track is “inspired by the playful fantasy of having a ‘boytoy,’” which is adorable because this sultry R&B bump and grind sounds a whole lot more like a girl realizing one boytoy is cute, but two could be a hell of a lot more fun. We understand completely! I mean, every girl has had that thought once or twice in her life or every fucking night. “Secret” keeps the groove silky and the hook dangerously sexy while her vocal sounds like she already knows what kind of double trouble she wants to make. One guy is thirsting over her while the other is into the idea of watching. And she’s sitting there thinking, fuck it, why should anybody leave disappointed? That’s where the song gets hot – she’s building her own fantasy and deciding how far she wants to take it. There’s no coy little good-girl act hiding underneath it either. She likes the idea of being watched and she clearly gets off on knowing both men are waiting for her to make the first move.

Gigi starts from the kind of dilemma most of us would happily suffer through. “He’s been thinking about it all day / I’ve been toying around with the idea of all these boys / What am I gonna do with all these boys?” There is so much smug pleasure tucked into that setup because her problem is basically having too many willing options. Tragic. Somebody alert the authorities. She is enjoying the attention while mentally arranging the possibilities, and the whole thing carries that dirty little thrill of knowing you could have either man while wondering how much hotter it would be to take both. By the end of those three lines, monogamy has quietly been asked to wait outside.

Then she gives us “I can keep a secret and I know he wants to see it / I know he wanna feel it,” and now the fantasy starts getting physical. The first guy is already curious enough to participate, which leaves Gigi holding all the power because she knows what he wants before she gives him anything. That shit is horny as fuck. You can hear the possibility of her letting him get close enough to touch while making him wait for whatever comes next. For me, the hotter read is that she enjoys making him anticipate the moment she finally strips down and lets the fantasy stop being theoretical.

The social-media stalking makes the next section even dirtier with “He’s been on my instagram / We don’t talk but I know he’s a fan / Liking all my stories sspecially when it’s slutty.” Babe, that man is doing reconnaissance. They barely communicate, yet she has already clocked what gets his attention and she knows which version of herself keeps him coming back. There is something deliciously manipulative about feeding him enough skin to keep his imagination busy without giving him actual access. She can post the thirst trap from bed and let him spend the night with his hand busy picturing what happens after the camera goes away. Meanwhile she is fully aware that somebody else may already be there finding out.

“Know you wanna see just where it goes” is where she finally acknowledges the invitation without promising the outcome, and that little bit of uncertainty keeps her in charge. She could give him the fantasy he has been jerking off to or leave him wondering what the other guy got instead. Then “He can keep a secret / All three of us can keep a secret / I can keep a secret” blows the arrangement wide open. There it fucking is. The fantasy now has three people inside it and Gigi sounds perfectly comfortable with the math. Now everybody can stop pretending anyone came over to behave because however she decides to play it, she remains the reason the room is getting filthy.

Princess Gigi is a Detroit-based independent artist whose catalog has been steadily expanding since at least 2024 – moving through pop experimentation while keeping darker R&B instincts close by. Her releases include ‘Soft’ and ‘Holy’ from 2024, followed by The V Day EP and several singles in 2025 before another run of new material in 2026. Her sound draws from artists including FKA Twigs and Lana Del Rey, giving her a lane where ethereal vocals can sit against something stranger and moodier underneath. She has also been building a live presence around Metro Detroit, including a 2026 Royal Oak show with Mara Wanna.

By the end of ‘Secret’, keeping things quiet has become part of the fucking turn-on. Gigi gets two men worked up and leaves herself holding the deciding vote on who does what to whom. That is the fantasy she has been playing with from the beginning, and frankly I respect a woman willing to workshop her options before committing to the final seating arrangement. If both guys can behave themselves, there is plenty of room on the bed.

Princess Gigi's 'Secret' starts with one boytoy and ends with three people keeping the same filthy little secret. Honestly, the math is working for me.
