The estate of Lisa Marie Presley has been settled.
Multiple outlets are reporting that a Los Angeles judge has officially named Riley Keough as the sole heir of Lisa Marie’s estate. Keough is Elvis Presley’s granddaughter.
Riley will also own Graceland, Elvis’ Memphis, Tenn. home, inherited by Lisa Marie after Elvis’ 1977 death.

The court’s decision resolves a legal dispute over Lisa Marie’s will. This dispute was questioned Elvis’s former wife Priscilla Presley following the singer’s death in January at age 54.
Priscilla filed court documents three weeks later claiming there were “issues surrounding the authenticity and validity” of a 2016 amendment that named Riley and her half-sisters Harper and Finley Lockwood—as well as brother Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in 2020 – as the heirs to the estate.
Priscilla wrote to E! News that she remains focused on her family following Lisa Marie’s untimely passing.
“I loved Elvis very much as he loved me. Lisa is a result of our love,” Priscilla stated. “For anyone to think anything differently would be a travesty of the family legacy and would be disrespectful of what Elvis left behind in his life.”
Riley, Priscilla, and Michael Lockwood, the father and guardian ad litem for Harper and Finley, settled the matter privately in May, with the Daisy Jones and The Six star being named the beneficiary of Lisa Marie’s estate.
